Assistant Manager

Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your designated division of responsibility, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability, and lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge for associates. Provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance, assist with recruiting and training efforts, and curate a collaborative working environment. Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events, while stepping into a variety of roles on the sales floor if needed. Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
