Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will be part of the leadership team, driving profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You’ll provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance and collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and provide smooth operational support. You’ll own your designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.), manage store operations, systems, and technology, and assist with recruiting and training when needed. You’ll partner with the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to create a collaborative environment, ensure the team exceeds goals, and deliver best-in-class customer service. You’ll lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge, engage the community through events, and be prepared to step into various roles on the sales floor as needed. Desired candidates have 1-2 years of retail management experience, are passionate about the brand, stay up-to-date with fashion trends, embrace teamwork and flexibility, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and can accommodate scheduling needs including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires bending, reaching, and the ability to lift/move at least 40 pounds.
