Assistant Manager

Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results while maximizing profitability by owning your designated division of responsibility including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability. Provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance and partner to curate a collaborative working environment. Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts. Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events. Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor if needed. This role requires 1-2 years of retail management experience, scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds.
