Job Summary
As Assistant Manager, support Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. Manage operations, systems, and training initiatives; assist with recruiting and developing the team; mentor and coach associates; lead product-knowledge sessions to improve customer interactions; contribute to events and community engagement; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of lifting at least 40 pounds and moving merchandise as needed. The role includes potential responsibilities across Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service & Selling, with a focus on delivering best-in-class customer service and achieving store goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays
