Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’re part of the leadership team. You help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You’ll provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance, collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success, and ensure smooth operational support. You’ll own your division of responsibility (e.g., Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling), manage store operations and systems, assist with recruiting and training, and lead initiatives to engage the community through events. You may step into various roles on the sales floor as needed. Must have 1-2 years of retail management experience, strong problem-solving, scheduling flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays), and the ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and customer-focused leadership.
