Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you're a part of the leadership team driving profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement. You’ll provide coaching to the sales team, collaborate with the leadership team on strategy, and ensure smooth operations. You’ll own divisions such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service & Selling, manage store operations and technology, assist with recruiting and training, and lead initiatives to exceed goals and elevate customer connections. You’ll adapt strategies for business success, partner with leadership to create a collaborative environment, steer product knowledge sessions, and develop innovative community engagement and loyalty-building activities. You can step into various roles on the sales floor as needed, while maintaining a focus on delivering best-in-class service and a cohesive team experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope
- Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 40 pounds
