Assistant Manager leading store operations and coaching the sales team to drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Director and Associate Store Manager, owning designated divisions (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling), recruiting and training if needed, fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, leading product knowledge sessions, and engaging the community through events. Flexibility to step into varied roles on the sales floor as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years retail management experience
- flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to lift at least 40 pounds
