Job Summary
Assistant Manager leading and supporting store operations and the sales team to drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. Responsibilities include coaching the sales team, providing feedback, collaborating with leadership to implement strategies, managing designated divisions (e.g., Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling), recruiting/training as needed, ensuring exceptional service, leading product-knowledge sessions, engaging the community through events, and stepping into various sales-floor roles as needed. Requires 1-2 years retail management, flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Have 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope
- Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kilos)
