Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to drive profitability through customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. Own your division of responsibility including visual merchandising, operations, HR, service, and selling. Manage store systems and technology while providing feedback and coaching to maximize sales team performance. Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts to ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service. Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and curate collaborative environments. Come up with innovative ways to engage the community through events. Step into various roles on the sales floor as needed. Maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
