Job Summary
Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to maximize profitability by owning designated divisions of responsibility including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service. Manage store systems, lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge, and provide coaching to the sales team to ensure goal attainment and best-in-class customer service. Collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies for business success, curate a collaborative environment, and innovate community engagement through events. Can step into various sales floor roles as needed. Requires 1-2 years of retail management experience, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and physical ability to lift 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
