Job Summary
Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your designated division of responsibility, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, and store systems. Provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance, lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge, and curate a collaborative working environment. Assist with recruiting and training efforts while ensuring the team exceeds goals through best-in-class customer service and innovative community engagement events. Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
