Job Summary
Lead the leadership team by creating personalized customer connections that drive loyalty and brand excitement. Observe selling floor performance to assist with sales and lead fit sessions to enhance product knowledge. Coach associates on specific actions to improve outcomes and ensure the team exceeds customer expectations. Own the selling floor by placing the right people in the right place, stepping in for other managers as needed. Plan and execute local community events to fuel incremental traffic and sales while aligning with company values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combo of education and experience
- 2 or more years of experience with similar scope, specialty retail
- Available when we are busy, including: nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers

- Are adept with technology and apps and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds
- Have 2 or more years of experience with similar scope, specialty retail preferred
