Assistant Manager

Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your designated division of responsibility, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service & Selling. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while providing immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance and ensure smooth operational support. Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts, and lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge for authentic customer connections. Curate a collaborative working environment, ensure the team exceeds goals, and come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events. Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor as needed.
