Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your division of responsibility, including visual merchandising, operations, HR, service, and selling. Manage store systems and technology while providing immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance and ensure smooth operational support. Collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies, curate a collaborative environment, and lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge. Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events, while stepping into various sales floor roles as needed. Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and deliver best-in-class customer service.
