Job Summary
Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your designated division of responsibility for Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, and ensuring accountability for store operations, systems, and technology. Provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance, assist with recruiting and training efforts, and lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge. Curate a collaborative working environment for all associates, ensure the team exceeds goals, and come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events. Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
