Assistant Manager

Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your designated division of responsibility, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability and providing immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team. Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts, and lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge. Curate a collaborative working environment, come up with innovative ways to engage the community, and step into a variety of roles on the sales floor as needed. Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best-in-class customer service.
