Assistant Manager

Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your designated division of responsibility, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, and technology systems. Provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance, lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge, and curate a collaborative working environment where the team exceeds goals. Collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies for business success, ensure smooth operational support, and come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events. Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor as needed. This role requires 1-2 years of retail management experience, scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds.
