Assistant Manager

Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your designated division of responsibility, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability, and provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance. Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts, and lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates. Curate a collaborative working environment, come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events, and step into a variety of roles on the sales floor as needed. Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
