Assistant Manager

Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your designated division of responsibility and ensuring smooth operational support. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while providing immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance. Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts, and lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge. Curate a collaborative working environment, come up with innovative ways to engage the community, and step into various sales floor roles as needed. Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service. This role requires 1-2 years of retail management experience, scheduling flexibility including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift 40 pounds. Hourly range is $19.50 - $24.35.
