Job Summary
Lead the selling floor by observing associate performance, coaching staff on sales techniques, and ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Plan and execute local community events to drive incremental traffic and sales while modeling personalized connections that foster customer loyalty. Step in to handle tasks or fill in for other managers as needed to keep the business running smoothly. Maintain alignment with brand values and ensure the team consistently exceeds customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent combo of education and experience
- Have 2 or more years of experience with similar scope, specialty retail
- Are available when we are busy, including: nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
