Job Summary
Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by maximizing profitability through genuine customer connections and brand loyalty. Own your designated division of responsibility, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service & Selling, while managing store systems, technology, and recruiting efforts. Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge, curate a collaborative working environment, and ensure the team exceeds goals with best-in-class customer service. Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events, stepping into various sales floor roles as needed. Have scheduling flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a base hourly range of $17.75 to $22.30.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
