Job Summary
Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your designated division of responsibility including Visual Merchandising, Operations, and HR. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while providing immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance and ensure smooth operational support. Collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies for business success, curate a collaborative working environment, and lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge. Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events, while stepping into a variety of roles on the sales floor as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
