Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your designated division of responsibility, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability. Provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance and lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge. Collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies for business success, ensure smooth operational support, and partner to curate a collaborative working environment. Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts as needed. Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events, while stepping into a variety of roles on the sales floor if needed. Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
