Job Summary
Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager by driving profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement. Own your designated division of responsibility, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, and ensure smooth operational support. Provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance while curating a collaborative working environment. Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge, come up with innovative ways to engage the community, and provide best-in-class customer service. Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor as needed. Partner with leadership to adapt strategies for business success and ensure the team exceeds goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
