Job Summary

Assist the Manager in loyalty marketing at Marina Bay Sands to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and tier progression. Responsible for developing and enhancing loyalty programs, planning and executing loyalty campaigns and promotions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and system requirements, managing member communications across channels to maintain brand consistency, ensuring accurate operational readiness of benefits and promotions, supporting loyalty-related events, and analyzing campaign performance to enable continuous optimization. Requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and bilingual English/Chinese communication能力 for marketing content development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or collateral production
  • Experience in loyalty marketing within casino, integrated resort, retail, travel, and financial institution environments is preferred
  • Exposure to campaign analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders
  • Analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese for translating and content development
