Job Summary
Operate Louie Oliver's restaurant by conducting pre-shift meetings, managing daily schedules, and controlling labor costs to maximize profitability. Supervise staff through hiring, training, and coaching while resolving guest complaints and de-escalating conflicts. Maintain health, safety, and sanitary standards by inspecting facilities, tasting foods, and enforcing union compliance. Analyze operations to drive cost-effective running and ensure superior guest service aligned with company values. Work a varied schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends, with ability to perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4-years' related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 2-years of supervisory experience within Food & Beverage
- Excellent communication, team-building and problem-solving skills
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively before large or small groups
- Strong industry problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Proficient in reading and analyzing P&L statements and financial reports
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong self-motivation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates initiative and accountability in completing assignments
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and productivity
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to supervise day-to-day restaurant operations

- Must be able to work in areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights
