Job Summary
Assistant Restaurant General Manager at Long John Silver's responsible for delivering 100% guest satisfaction, leading crew and management to meet service goals, leveraging VOC feedback (Voice of the Customer), maintaining food safety and quality standards, optimizing staffing, driving profitability, and sustaining a welcoming environment. Requires 18+ years, a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 months’ Shift Manager experience, 40 hours/week availability, reliable transportation, ability to work nights and weekends, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 3 months’ experience performing as a Shift Manager
- Available to work the required minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to work nights and weekends
