Assistant Manager, Logistics MX Operation

Job Summary
Plan and manage logistics operations for Mobile product and Spare parts warehouses, including inbound/outbound, Good Receive/Good Issue, and inventory control. Ensure on-time operation, inventory consistency, and adherence to HQ guidelines; analyze and reduce abnormal inventory, dispose unsellable stock per company process, and coordinate with internal/external customers to launch projects on time (ship to store, redemptions). Provide cost analyses to drive operation savings; investigate root causes for stock discrepancies or KPI shortfalls and implement process improvements. Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on promotions and new launches by creating new operation processes and supporting cost management; demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills and work as a team player with effective communication in English.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Logistics Field
- Experience in SAP Logistics Execution and TMS/WMS System Implementation
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Fluency both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; ability to use Power Query and Power BI
- Can-do attitude; teamwork; time management
