Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom, and maintaining seasonal displays. Assist customers with questions and concerns while ensuring a safe, respectful environment for associates. Process corporate directives, manage promotional fixtures, oversee inventory ordering, and handle payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits. Train and develop Store Associates, enforce safety policies, and maintain cleanliness throughout the sales floor and restrooms. Full-time position located at 7360 Skidaway Rd, Savannah, Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Full time
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment
