Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for delivering next-level customer service and assisting the Venue Manager in leading the team to build a successful business. Must engage customers, professionally present, and be commercially minded while managing policy and procedure rollouts. Must lead and motivate a team, be flexible to work days and evenings, and be prepared to work weekends and bank holidays. DBS background check required.
