Role requires engaging staff, delivering consistent service, incorporating policy and procedure rollouts, and maintaining a high-standard customer experience. Must be able to lead and motivate a team, work flexible hours including weekends/bank holidays, and pass a DBS background check. Attractive bonus scheme and pension offered.
