Job Summary
As Assistant Manager at Little Vegas, you will ensure next-level customer service is delivered to guests, assist the Venue Manager by leading your team from the front, and help build a successful business. You should be able to lead and motivate a team, be flexible to work days and evenings, and be prepared to work weekends and bank holidays. DBS background check required. The role includes managing policy and procedure roll outs, delivering engaging customer experiences, and supporting a commercially minded operation with attractive bonus and pension benefits.
