Job Summary
Directly assist the General Manager in all restaurant operations, including training staff to follow procedures, organizing schedules, recording payroll data, ordering supplies within budget, supervising daily shift operations, handling end-of-day cash outs, coordinating front- and back-of-house activities, and engaging with guests to gather feedback on product quality and service levels. Ensure safety and food quality standards are maintained, manage costs and identify waste-reduction opportunities, and participate in interviewing/recruiting new employees as part of ongoing staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant operations preferred
- Ability to train staff and supervise shift operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with payroll data and scheduling
