Job Summary
Oversee shift operations and lead a team to deliver high-quality guest service and sales performance. Responsibilities include assigning tasks (opening/closing duties, line duties, cleaning), providing feedback and training, using the huddle board to position personnel, enforcing safety and food-safety procedures, managing the line, monitoring product quality, promoting sales through suggestive selling, handling guest complaints, counting cash, and completing required e-learning. Must be able to train and coach others, communicate effectively, and stand for extended periods while performing duties such as lifting up to 55 pounds and performing physical tasks associated with opening/closing shifts.
