Assistant Manager

Build and supervise a team that achieves customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability goals while operating the restaurant according to company standards. Receive direction from the Owner and/or Area Supervisor to motivate, direct, and coach colleagues at their assigned stations, ensuring tasks are completed timely. Supervise all staff, including those under 18, and ensure the restaurant is prepared to meet customer needs with satisfied service and products. Support the Owner and Area Supervisor by building sales, controlling costs through established tools, and troubleshooting operational problems to find acceptable solutions.
