Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing routines while supervising the salesfloor and stockroom to ensure seamless operations. Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll, then train and develop non-management staff. Build visual displays, analyze reporting for decision-making, and perform inventory control to protect store assets. Operate Point of Sale systems and fulfill omnichannel orders while demonstrating product knowledge to drive sales. This Assistant Manager role supports daily store processes at an Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Lincoln Park location. The position offers a starting rate of $23.00 per hour with access to benefits including PTO, medical insurance, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
