Job Summary
Assistant Manager LG Asset Specialist MSF is responsible for new business acquisition through open market to achieve sales targets, building and managing a strong DSA channel network for Mortgage assets, and overseeing end-to-end sourcing to disbursal of asset products. The role requires strong knowledge of mortgage products and real estate title documents, coordination with internal and external stakeholders (risk, legal, CRU, CCR, INM, etc.), and adherence to AML/Sanctions policies. The candidate should identify cross-sell opportunities, monitor application status, manage documentation and due diligence, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive channel development to achieve business objectives. Education: Graduate/MBA with 3+ years of experience; skills in channel management, risk controls, and market knowledge are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate (Masters)/ MBA with more than three years’ work experience in the same area.
