Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. collaborates with the Store Manager to drive store performance, manage daily operations, and lead a team to achieve KPI targets. Responsibilities include supporting KPI delivery, setting and monitoring sales targets, overseeing stock, payroll, admin and rota management, providing training and coaching, stepping in for the Store Manager in their absence, and maintaining strong visual standards.
