Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager in Barcelona working with the Store Manager to meet KPI targets and profit opportunities. Oversees store operations, stock, payroll, and rota management; drives sales targets, analyzes KPIs, trains and develops the team, maintains visual standards, and assumes store responsibility in the Manager’s absence. Powered by Levi Strauss & Co.'s brand image and values; requires excellent English and customer service-oriented leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English (IMPRESCINDIBLE ENGLISH)
- Experience in leading and developing a retail team
- Proven ability to drive KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience managing store operations, stock, payroll, and scheduling (rota)
- Ability to motivate and develop team; strong customer service skills
- Experience delivering training and coaching, product knowledge, and visual standards
- Willingness to cover Store Manager absence and manage store operations in their absence
- Passion for brand values and denim/LS&Co heritage
