Job Summary
Assist the General Manager to learn store operations, participate in sales planning and profitability, lead and develop team members, ensure customer service standards, merchandising and inventory control, and handle opening/closing duties including daily bank deposits. Build a welcoming store environment, drive commercial and residential sales, maintain safety protocols, and support training and development to advance within Leslie’s store leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience or retail experience
- Experience managing/leading a team
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
