Job Summary
Assistant Manager for Lending Contact Center to oversee daily sales and service levels for the Loan Officer team, drive training, quality monitoring, and regular meetings; manage day-to-day operations including commission calculations and timely payout; review escalations to ensure a smooth loan process from application through funding/title perfection; promote Credit Union products at member touchpoints and train new team members; set goals to boost loan production and maintain high member satisfaction (NPS); collaborate with Underwriting, Processing and DMV to meet goals and execute the Credit Union's strategic plan.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in lending contact center operations
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to monitor and improve customer experience and NPS
- Familiarity with loan processes from application to funding/title perfection
- Experience with commissions calculating and payout processes
- Knowledge of Credit Union products and services
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
