Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing routines, supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations, and manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll. Train and develop non-management staff while demonstrating product knowledge to drive sales and build visual displays. Analyze reporting to inform decision-making, protect store assets, perform inventory control, and fulfill omnichannel orders. Operate register and point-of-sale systems to ensure seamless daily processes.
Required Qualifications
