Assistant Manager - Leasing (CML)

Conduct annual budget and brand adjustment planning, execute leasing strategies to introduce target brands, and develop new category resources to enhance project uniqueness. Manage the full leasing lifecycle from brand negotiation and contract signing to merchant onboarding and post-signature coordination. Independently handle business negotiations, contract administration, and rent collection while monitoring merchant operations and market competition data. Coordinate daily departmental tasks, including lease renewals, statistical reporting, and training schedules, while tracking industry trends and competitor rental conditions.
