Job Summary
Design and deliver training programs focused on luxury service standards, guest experience, and departmental procedures. Conduct training needs analysis with department heads and facilitate new associate orientation and hotel induction programs. Support technical training for various hotel departments while coordinating cross-training and career development initiatives. Assist in developing the annual Learning & Development calendar based on business and operational needs. Maintain luxury hospitality standards while driving continuous improvement in service excellence and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training roles, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Training & Development, Hospitality Training, or HR
