Job Summary
Assist Manager / Lead Developer with end-to-end RPA delivery using UiPath and related Power Platform tools. Design, develop, and test bot tasks; create Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD); work with business teams to align requirements; troubleshoot and provide production support; mentor and train the team; handle automation across mainframe, Windows, web apps, and CITRIX environments; leverage Orchestrator for monitoring and studio management; ensure delivery against KPIs/SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- 7-9 years of experience in RPA technologies
- 7-9 years of experience in UiPath
- 5 years experience in Power Platform and Tableau
- Strong knowledge of RPA platforms and infrastructure
- SQL querying ability
- Ability to manage and mentor a team
- Experience in IT/ITES/Automotive domain is preferred
- Knowledge of mainframe/CITRIX automation
- Strong development skills in C#.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Python
