Job Summary
Lead a dedicated team within the Kitchen, Park, or Events area as the on-site leader during operating hours, often the only manager on duty. Foster a guest-centered culture by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while engaging directly with guests to ensure service quality and safety compliance. Train, coach, and motivate staff to exceed key performance indicators, proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges that impact guest experience or efficiency. Execute strategies to improve team productivity and kitchen service, collaborating with the General Manager on events and new initiatives. Support business growth by taking on additional responsibilities as assigned. This role requires weekends, evenings, and holidays availability, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, and current ServSafe Manager Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment, ideally overseeing 5 or more employees during a shift
- Current ServSafe Manager Certification or completion within 30 days of hire
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods in a physically demanding environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and park preparation alongside the team
- Required to meet business needs and guest demand for weekends, evenings & holidays
- Must Pass a Background Check & Drug Screen
