Job Summary
Develop and maintain relations with vendors, stores, and independent contractors while ensuring follow-up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home delivery claims. Dispatch trucks using GPS technology and oversee in-home delivery operations for customers. Supervise hourly on-site staff handling data entry, customer service, and order processing, including training employees and directing daily work. Maintain monthly operating reports with statistics and customer service scores, addressing complaints and resolving problems in accordance with organizational policies. Requires availability for rotating 1st and 2nd shifts (4:45am to 12pm) with weekend coverage. Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years in logistics or supply chain, including supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for 1st and 2nd shift as this position will rotate between both shifts
- Weekend availability is required
- 1st shift start time: 4:45am
- 2nd shift start time: 12pm
- Attendance and Punctuality are essential functions of the job
- Must be Self-Motivated to work with little supervision
- Excellent Attendance record

- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Related Field
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a Supervisor role including performance reviews of direct reports
