Job Summary
Lead the outlet team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, coach staff on service standards, and resolve service issues promptly. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and setup across all F&B areas while assisting with budget preparation, forecasting, and daily revenue tracking. Execute creative promotions, manage inventory and cost control, and conduct performance reviews to drive team accountability. Collaborate with HR on recruiting and onboarding, and facilitate pre-shift briefings to maintain consistent communication. Requires 3+ years of F&B experience, valid certifications, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of food & beverage experience in high-volume operations
- 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality
- Valid Food Handler Certification
- TIPS Certification
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional demeanor with a strong sense of accountability
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift)
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to regularly bend and kneel
- Must be able to occasionally push or pull banquet carts, beverage dispensers, or furniture
- Must be able to frequently reach above shoulder height and below waist level
- Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor working conditions, including exposure to kitchen equipment, noise, varying temperatures, and crowded event spaces
