Assistant Manager

Manage all aspects of day-to-day store operations, ensuring consistent performance standards and the Lammle's Experience for customers and staff. Act as the primary coach and team leader, handling staff recruitment, training, development, and annual performance evaluations while maintaining proper staff mix. Oversee operational execution including accurate inventory control, equipment maintenance, and clean physical conditions. Direct merchandise management by coaching staff on displays, promotions, and product knowledge, while ensuring timely reporting and markdowns. Maintain open communication with the Customer Service Centre and drive profitability through consistent customer service levels and company policy implementation. Weekend and evening availability required.
