Assistant Manager

Coordinate apartment make-ready processes for new resident move-ins by scheduling with maintenance and vendors to meet turn guidelines. Greet prospective residents, provide tours of available units and amenities, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in while building relationships to ensure retention. Assist with marketing efforts and community events, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws. Requires a sales and customer service background with property management experience, proficiency in property management software, and the ability to work occasional Saturdays.
